How to Book
As a guide here is the pricing for the 2014 event.
Where possible we intend to try and keep the costs as low as possible from year to year,
but we do change the programme (and thus the expenses) and expect to see some inflation!
To see how much your particular booking will cost you start the booking process and the prices appear as you make your choices.
As a rough guide, for the whole event costs for 2014 will be:
Accommodation
En-suite single rooms in shared flats with kitchen facilities:
Catered Food
Self-catering and attendance only guests can book up to three optional meals per day directly with the venue:
Note meals must be booked in advance;
There is also no facility for the university to take monies during the event, also the venue cannot guarantee availability of food without advance booking.

If you would like to book please read the booking terms (go to the conditions page), then fill in the booking form and send us your payment.
Your place is not confirmed until we have received payment. Once we have received your booking we will email out final details, directions and 'what to bring list'.

- Self Catering: £185
- Non-residential: £115
- We also offer one & two day bookings
Accommodation
En-suite single rooms in shared flats with kitchen facilities:
- Full residential: includes attendance, two night's accommodation and all meals
- Self catering: includes one or two nights accommodation on site, but make your own arrangements for self catering in your flat or book additional meals directly with the venue
- Attendance only: if you would prefer to make own arrangements for accommodation or just visit for the day. You can also book optional meals with the venue
Catered Food
Self-catering and attendance only guests can book up to three optional meals per day directly with the venue:
- Continental breakfast (£7.50)
- Two course lunch (£8.25)
- Three course dinner (£10.85)
